Web Designing and Web Development are two different things. Surely you can do php and web design. There are very few such courses available with the top institutes in the country. There is a course called DMP 3.0 with Arena, but not all Arena Centres offer this course. So do check before joining. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school
