I want to know about a one-year degree course for Diploma mechanical with 15 years experience.

You can do distance education but it will take 2 years for completion or you can enroll yourself in B.Tech programme as a lateral entry for 3 years. You can do your specialisation in areas like piping design, pipe stress analysis, Mechatronics, Robotics etc.
