Hi Sudhakar,
Few of the acting Schools in Lucknow: Whistling wood International Ltd., Film Institute of Emits, Runa Film Acting Academy, and Uttar Pradesh Film & TV Academy.
Modeling: there are not many Institutes for modeling, check Eram Model School, Jagani Model School etc.
Music Schools: Bhat

Dear Sukhakar, I think you must go for ISOMES. It is news 24's institute which provides such sort of education and it is in LKO.
