I want to know about aircraft drivers. Will there be any course for girls? Which college should I prefer & what's the admission process?

Firstly to correct you, "Aircraft Drivers" have been named specifically as PILOTS in English. And an aircraft is flown, it is not driven. Student Pilot License (SPL) & Private Pilot License (PPL) are intermediate stages of Commercial Pilot License Training. You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training. Its very simple logic SPL - PPL - CPL. YOU CAN SKIP PPL AS IN ANY CASE YOU ARE ASPIRING FOR A HIGHER LICENSE, WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU MORE PRIVILEGES THAN PPL.
