I want to know about B.Com.

The duration of B.Com is 3 years divided into 6 semester. Candidates can pursue B.Com in regular and distance mode. Bachelor of commerce offers understanding in Accounting, Economics, Business Law, Taxation, Insurance and Management. The Bachelor of Commerce programme prepares you for a career in accounting, banking, financial management, information systems and management. Difference between B.Com (Hons) and B.Com is that the level of study of B.Com (Hons) is higher than the regular B.Com. B.Com honors includes specialised subjects whereas B.Com. Regular course has general subjects. Eligibility criteria for B.Com is Candidates should have passed higher secondary examination with not less than 50% marks from a recognised board. Candidates having academic background in Science, commerce and arts stream are eligible to apply for this course.
