i want to know about best universities for phd programme in germany, US and UK.
i have completed my msc in biotechnology from iit bombay. i want to know about the requirements needed to apply in foreigen universities related to english proficiency.

the Universities in Germany are categorised into 2 : Universities (including Technical Universities) and University of Applied Sciences. The UNIVERSITIES award PhD and UOAS can't award PhD.
