The first difference between MBA and PGDM is that MBA is a degree course and PGDM is a Diploma course. If I talk about which one is better, then PGDM would be the right choice as MBA is an old version for pursuing management studies and PGDM course is far more industry relevant and practical as far as the job market is concerned.

Hi, The foremost difference between both these courses is that PGDM is a Diploma course, while the MBA is a degree course. Incidentally, many people have an idea that the market value of a Diploma programme (PGDM) does not match the level of a degree (MBA).
