dear now a days it is very easy to shift from science stream to art or commerce after 12 class
for learning economics you can switch in commerce or art
but after commerce graduate you can go post graduation in commerce only where as in art graduation you can go for economics master degree

If you are 12 passed student,then you are elgible for economices degree.you can switch over from science streem to arts streem.
