There is no such entrance exam for the admission in Chandigarh University They do merit screening , admission is done on the basis of 10+2 marks , you can directly register yourself and can apply online , For any doubts you can consult the university helpdesk !

In Chandigarh University, there is no such system of cutoff for admissions. You can get direct admission in that stream. You just need minimum eligible criteria i.e 60% in your 12th. (55% also acceptable but you have consult with university).
