The latest cutoff for B.Tach in CE is opening from S-5 and closing at S-107. Atleast 85% needed to take admission in ZHCET. -
According to my knowledge cutoff is usually decided on the basis of seats available and ratio of percentile noted; other things that in India we also have cutoff according to the caste so keeping this aspects in mind cutoffs are really decided. In a generic way for computer engineering more than 75% of the score can be considered as average cutoff
