    Eligibility Criteria of LPU (Qualifying Exam)
    Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST or JEE (Main)
    For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.
    (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or War

    Since CSE is the most popular branch, there is a lot of competition among the students; as a result, a strong education and a healthy environment are necessary. The greatest university in India for computer science engineering is LPU, which has high placements and top-notch facilities. But when it comes to cut-off, there is no such thing because LPU conducts its own entrance exam called LPUNEST.     Dear student,
    You must have at least 40 percent marks
    Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics, and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST or JEE (Main)
    For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in the English medium.
    (5% relaxation to North-East states and Sikkim candidates or Defence Personnel and their Dependents or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants)

    The candidates will be selected based on LPUNEST scores. The minimum marks set by the University are based on the number of candidates, a number of vacant seats, average performance in the entrance test, and last years cut-off. LPUNEST cut off 2021 is as follows:
    1. Category-I : 320 out of 420 marks
    2. Category-II : 240 out of 420 marks
    3. Category-III: 165 out of 420 marks
