    Hello, One of my friends studied at LPU, he has appreciated LPU in terms of teaching quality, innovative labs, extracurricular activities, placement opportunities, Rankings, events/ MOOCS/ hackathons for STEM students

    LPU receives the highest NAAC grade i.e. A+ with 3.68 crore on 4 point scale as per the Ministry of Education, Government of India. As per the NIRF rankings, LPU ranks 38th amongst all the government and private universities of India and 50th in engineering.

    Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam) for admission in B.Tech is that a student needs to Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English)

    Eligibility criteria of B.Tech CSE programme in LPU is that candidate must be passed with 60%  aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) and qualify LPUNEST or CUET or JEE (MAINS). LPUNEST will be exempted if JEE Mains Percentile is equal to or above 80 Percentile. As admissions for current session already been closed and eligibility criteria could be changed for new session of 2024.

    HI kalpesh.

    The university has a strong emphasis on practical skills; to make learning easier for students, BYOD (bring your own device) classes are offered, and a MAC lab is available for IOS development. LPU offers more than 200 courses, and each course has certain entrance requirements that must be met by an applicant.

    The minimal requirements for admission to the B.Tech. (CSE) program are 60% in the 10+2 with (English, Physics, and Mathematics) and a minimum score of 45% on the LPUNEST, but those who have achieved 90% in the +2 or a 90 percentile on the JEE Mains are excluded from taking the LPUNEST.
