For CSE which is the most favored one, you need below 2,00,0002, 30,000 JEE(Mains) rank.

The cuttoff is 62710 and there is a way of getting admission in Btech in PUP Patiala, one can take admission in tge management quota i.e. Integrated Course which is available for all streams in Btech.
