It is good to choose cse branch if you are going to take admissions in Tulas. otherwise I will suggest you to drop an year and crack some competitive exam to take admissions in good college or university if u can. It will secure your future and also you will enjoy your btech life so now u have two options-
1.either save 1 yr and take admissions in private colleges and ruin your whole life easily
2.or u can put your full effort for 1yr to save and bright your future.
Take your time and then decide what to do. do not listen to others.
I am telling u this because I have already gone through options 1.
    All the best!

Deciding between Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand and Tula's Institute depends on your specific priorities.  DBUU is a university offering various programs, while Tula's specializes in engineering. DBUU has a slightly higher overall rating. However, Tula's Institute specifically for engineering might have a stronger reputation within that field. However,  Both are in Dehradun, a good student city.
