RTU, Kota is Technical University of Rajasthan on state level. And the cuttoff is 63720 and many more Students from RBSE or any other affiliated boards can apply and cutoff would not matter too much. Their are N numbers of college who gives direct admission affiliated to RTU, Kota. But yet if you wo
