Admissions are done on both merit and an entrance basis.
The cut-off depends on JEE-Advanced AIR rank up to 12000 and JEE-Main Percentile of 97 and above.
For the CSE(computer science and engineering) branch, last year's cut-off was 140-116 for the open category. If you want to take admission, then you have to get more than 130 marks.
