Mount Carmel College (MCC) Bangalore, originally established in Kerala in 1948, was later affiliated from Bangalore University in 1964. The all-womens college is among top private colleges in Bengaluru and accredited A+ by NAAC accreditation. The college offers various UG, PG, PG diploma, PhD and integrated courses in five departments namely Humanities, Science, Home Science, Education and Commerce & Management. The college also hosts a skill development centre for enhancing the other money-making skills in students like Cosmetology, Bakery, Garment Designing and Stitching, etc.
