    Calcutta University M.Ed Eligibility Criteria
    Students seeking admission must qualify in the following:
    Candidates must have a B.Ed. degree for one or two-year duration (Or) BEIEd/ BScEd/ BAEd that is for about four years (Or) D.EI.Ed/ D.Ed. with an Honors degree in BA/ BSc/ BCom (Or) Special B.Ed. degree with minimum 55% marks or B grade in the Grading system.
    Candidates with Honors program for four years at Undergraduate level and M.Sc./ M.A./ M.Com. with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in Post Graduate level.
    Relaxation of 5% is provided to the SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.
    Selection for the program is based on the career Marking and entrance

    Aspirants seeking admission to 2 year Full-time M.ED Program must have done B.Ed as Graduation from a recognised College/University.
    COURSE DETAILS
    Calcutta University offers a full-time Master of Education (M.Ed) for a duration of two years. The Department of Education is the oldest department that has several UGC major research projects, ICSSR projects under its faculties. M.ed course is recognized by NCTE
