    GFTS is one of the top government-held flying training schools in Bangalore. The institute has an average intake of 20 to 25 students per batch for Commercial Pilot's License (CPL) training.
    The duration of the CPL course is approximately 24 months, which includes a compulsory minimum flying requirement of 200 hours.
    It also includes theoretical courses in air regulation, air navigation, aircraft general training, and technical training specific to aircraft and engines.
