I want to know about the placement record of BBA or MBA but mainly about the personality development of a person.

I want to congratulate you because you are asking for one such University who is keen to bring intellect among their students. They want to get placed their students more enthusiastically than students themselves. LPU has a team of 50 plus trainers who polish the skills of the students and by reaching the final semester they attains inclusive growth which is simply mentioned in your question.
