I want to know about the refund of the Fee on the cancellation of 1st year deemed university engineering college admission.

I have taken admission For1st year engineering in deemed university on 26-10-2021. Later I got admission in Mumbai university through Maharashtra State-MH-CET- CAP round on 24-12-2021. I applied for fee refund from deemed university on 6-1-2021. Weather I am eligible for refund under UGC guideline?

Hello Nimisha Joshi, I can understand your angst and the anxiety. Yes, UGC has issued guidelines for refund of full fees paid. But it says for cancellation or migration upto 31 Oct 21. I am afraid your case parhaps falls beyond this date. However to help you I am attaching a link that will give you
