Company Secretary course doesn't exist in abroad, only valid in India. But with LLB you can go for LLM course in top notch institutions like Oxford, LSE, Columbia, UT Austin.
And with MBA in Finance degree require at least 2 years of work experience if you want to complete from a world wide univer
