Hi,
You have not mentioned your academic and work details. However, I can say that masters degree serves as an added advantage and assures a cutting edge to your career in the competitive market.
As for a PhD, it is like "Icing on the cake". You can get into academics and research.

there is good scope of Mcom and after Ph. D. you can get good job in teaching line in any university ,
