HI Arpit, Several top Universities offer MS in Mechanical Engineering with Specialization in Thermal Engineering/Fluids. Typical budget for the same for a two year course should ideally be Rs.25-30 Lakhs, assuming you do not get scholarships. A few I can recall are Purdue University, University Aust
