Hi Nitin,
Although, there are several Marine Engineering colleges in India but not all would provide you a Masters level programme. Few of the Institute providing M.Tech programme are: National Institute Of Technology Karnataka, AMET University, Andhra University College of Engineering & Cochin Uni
