i want to know about which b.tech admission forms are out now for private as well as govt. institutes n also best private colleges in delhi.

i am an average student studying in class 12th right now.i hv applied for jee main but are confused on which more b.tech admission forms to apply.i want to know some information on best private colleges whose fees will be around 1 lakh per year and till when their forms will be out..
