I want to know abt dis college in bangalore -Gems b school, is der degree valid, some say its a fake college, is it true?

GEMS B School offers a University Certificate, I think Bharatiar Univesity, University of Mysore, KSOU , I presume Distance education courses along with work experience. Please verify with their portals. Apart from being Headquartered in Bangalore, GEMS B SCHOOL is also located in Chennai, Hyderabad
