I want to know abt higher education in Msc Information systems abroad or in India.I have 2 yrs exp in soft development. any suggestion?

I am looking for higher education which contains both technical and management subjects. I was looking at Msc IS(information systems). Wanted to know which institute offers very good Msc in India or abroad. I have 2 yrs exp in Java software development.
