I want to know best university for doing b tech and cost(including course cost,accommodation,veg meals,transportation etc)

i am class 11 student.I am interested in doing btech from australia so is there minimum percentage req or we just have to clear ielts!

RMIT University, Melbourne and University of Melbourne are the oldest universities, But there are more than 25 Universities in Australia.
