I want to know how can international students get admission of MS in India without entrance exam.

The students have done their BDS in Iraq long year ago they are looking for master degree in Indian university they are my friend they have experience more than 5 years as they have clinics and working there my question up was about admission for them in this case what is require to do thank you.
