I want to know how to apply for Indian Institute of Aeronautical Science, Kolkata? Are admissions for the AME course for 3 years open?

I've passed Class 12 CBSE in 2014. In the description of the institution in https://shiksha.com, it is mentioned that we can download application form from their website but the mentioned website is apparently non-existent. Hence, please guide me as to how I can & should proceed to get admission in
