i want to know, i need to crack TOEFL to go out anywhere outside india or it's only for going US and Australia??

some countries do provide a reconition to IELTS and i have a feeling that one who prepares foe TOEFL will have no problem in IELTS. for TOEFL, there is a need to make an extra pracice for listening skills.on the other hand ,most of us have ear-training for IELTS. and it solves half the problem.
