I want to know if i can get Pillai college of engineering new panvel in CAP round 2?My state general rank is 16782,university rank 62660

According to the cutoff for CAP 1for Electronics in Pillai`s it was 28563 for general and for ladies it was 31621.I got RAIT Nerul but in it i got electronics and telecommunication but i i want electronics.cutoff of cap 2 has not been given by DTE.will they decrease the cuoff rank for cap2 or incre?
