I want to know if I have completed MBBS from abroad and my 10+2 percentage is 48%, then how to get an eligibility Certificate. MCI.

According to the new rules declared by the MCI, all Indian students who wish to study medicine abroad must apply for an MCI Eligibility Certificate. The eligibility Certificate is the legal proof given by the MCI that the medical university that the student attends to study MBBS abroad is authorised
