I want to know if I have finished BA programme from CV Raman University, can I go for higher studies at Kannur University (Kerala)?

Dr. C. V. Raman University is set up under section 2 (f) of the University Grants Commission (UGC) ACT. 1956/GOCG Act no. 29/2006. Hence its all courses are valid for studying any where in India.
