I want to know if the person had done his graduation in B.Sc. Nursing so can he become a doctor or not.

    No. In order to become Doctor, you need to do graduation in MBBS, B.A. MS or BHMS etc.
    So, B.Sc. Nursing graduates are not Doctors.
