I want to know if the RBI Grade B exam can be given by the final year B.Com student if the exam of B.Com is conducted in may-June 2022.

No you cannot appear for RBI grade B exam firstly you need to clearup with your final year of B.Com then only you can appear for RBI grade B exam.

I understand your condition that you are in the final year of your graduation, but you cannot give the exam as they require your graduation details.
