i want to know if there is gov. scolarship for sc/st students studing in comedk engg. non-karnatka as its fee is very high.

comedk fee for non karnatka student is high.non-karnatka student in comedk is not getting any benefit as karnatka student..sc/st karnatka student have negligible fee. please give details of sc/st student 's scolarship for non karnatka student.
