I am from Btech background but currently working as an IT recruiter in a company.I have one year of experience.I am planning to do online MBA.Will it be good comparing to offline college MBA? If yes kindly recommend some good educational institute for online MBA.

yes you can go for mba through online process , if you are working somewhere and degree you get will be UGC + DEC + AICTE approved.
