I want to know is there a good growth after doing MBA in HR. somebody suggested me to do SAS Analyst course, please advice me.

I am from IT background, done MCA in my PG. i have around 3 years of IT Recruitment Exp. what should i choose to earn more with good growth whether i choose MBA in HR or SAS. please help or i can go for something better than these. Thanks in advance
