I want to know some good colleges for MBA in india.

Here are a lot of ratings and rankings out there - some paid, some truthful, some very close to accurate and some outright outrageous. This is my ranking for B-schools according to my experience with CAT for the past two years. IIM, Ahmedabad (PGP only)IIM, Bangalore. IIM, Calcutta. FMS, Delhi (Ranked better due to excellent ROI)XLRI, Jamshedpur (Ranked 1st for HR in Asia) and IIM, Lucknow (PGP only). IIM, Kozhikode = MDI, Gurgaon = SPJIMR, Mumbai (one can argue this to be in the same league as XLRI and IIM-L for applicants with experience; but at the same time disadvantageous if you are not clear about your specialisation) IIFT Delhi (+1 for trade). NITIE, Mumbai (1st for Operations) = SJMSOM, Mumbai (IIT B) =IIM, Indore (Huge Batch Size, Huge weightage to 10th/12th marks) = JBIMS (Maharashtra Only Preference Pushes this down the list)IIM Shillong (Locational Disadvantage) = NMIMS, Mumbai (Locational Advantage, but high Fees) = SIBM IIFT Kolkata. TISS, Mumbai ( only HR is taught) = IIM, Ranchi (for only PGP). IIM, Trichy (slightly better than IIM U, Rohtak ; slightly below IIM, Ranchi) = IIM, Udaipur = IIM, Rohtak = Dorms (IIT Delhi), Delhi.
