i want to know that a person who have completed his BA from correspondence , is he eligible to appear for IPS exam n does coaching helps out
if coaching helps then which one will be the gud coaching institute including duaration n fee structure

First ensure that your correspondence university is recognized from distance education then there is no discrimination between regular and correspondence graduation for appearing for IPS

A person who is a graduate from a recognized University (Regular or Correspondence) is well eligible for applying to the IPS exam and Coaching definitely helps as it provides a lot of expertise support in form of doubt sessions, curriculum support, mock tests etc.
