I want to know that after qualifying CAT or any other MBA entrance exam will I get scholarship in IIM or Good private management institute.

I have done B.Tech in CSE with overall 8.21 CGPA,. .

    Yes, you can get firstly you have to apply online by consulting in your respective admission cell.
