Hello mr.krishna,welcome to https://shiksha.com, yes distance education id valid all over in india, but when if u get the degree from a reputed university and remember you cant apply for your post graduation with distance degree you may again study in distance education and most of the companies and

Frd go to regular college well reputed , distance is not prefered for those company go to regular
