i want to know that distance Mba Program is valuable or not and also suggest me a good institute for doing Mba in distance mode.

i have done B.com in regular, i got only 41% marks and i want to do Mba in distance mode. i have seen the Mba program of sikkim manipal university, please tell me about this institute.
