for the weaker sections,the Governments are running study circles and there is a reservation of jobs and all kinds of encouragement is extended in the recruitment in the public sector.the weaker sections can make their entrance felt in the administrative services with this encouragement.

The UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) of India conducts the exam and on the basis of the result IAS, IPS, IFS officers are selected.
It has three-step process i.e.
Preliminary Exam (Prelims)
Main Exam (Mains), and
Interview.
