i want to know that i haven't gone through any CAT,MAT etc .don't u think that it will create a problem while persuing me a MBA ?

Problem will not be there during pursuance of MBA but without CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT entrance exam, you will not get admission in a good B-school. Those colleges which take admission without the entrance exam, have no placement facilities and poor faculties.
