I think if you have any doubt about any university then directly you can check university details on www.ugc.ac.in there status should be accepted by UGC then it means university courses are genuine.

Acharya Institute of Technology, claimed to have a rank 28 among private instituions in India and second in Karnataka, is approved by AICTE, affiliated to Visvesaraya Technological University (VTU) and is NBA Accredited and hence cannot be considered a bad choice. Placement statistics is not bad in
