I want to know that on which rank NIt get admission ther is two rank state level and AIR and there is also sub cat i.e state general rank

My home state rank is 14027 and in general cat rank is 7067 home state Rajasthan,where can i get MNIT jaipur. and what is meaning is gen cat rank and on which rank NITs get admission?
