I want to know that on which rank NIt get admission ther is two rank state level and AIR and there is also sub cat i.e state general rank
My home state rank is 14027 and in general cat rank is 7067 home state Rajasthan,where can i get MNIT jaipur.
and what is meaning is gen cat rank and on which rank NITs get admission?

CSAB allots seats in the nits only on the basis of the overall AIRs and not the category AIR.State rankings are just for informative purposes for the allotment in the nits.For more information, visit the CSAB website and download the information brochure wherein all the details are given very clearl

Your home state NIT which is NIT Jaipur will have 50% reserved seats for Rajasthan candidates but for that also they will consider higher AIR rank for state students first.
